World Nature Conservation Day
Every year on July 28th, World Nature Conservation Day acknowledges that the foundation for a healthy society is a healthy environment. It’s also a day to increase awareness about the importance of protecting our natural resources.
Students of class VIII opted to celebrate the theme 'Nature Conservation - Heal the Earth, Heal the Furure' during their class assembly. They exhibited various moods and colours of nature with their elegant dance steps and props.
They also talked about various ideas for conserving nature and it's importance. The students also put forward the slogan '"Heal ourselves, heal the Earth.” We believe that the sustainable way to saving our planet is to look within ourselves and resolve our inner conflict.
Mrs. Vinita Pillai hosted the assembly and also encouraged the students to come up their ideas for nature conservation The best bits of the assembly was captured by Mrs.Bhargawi Khamboja.
