Good health is vital for academic performance. In children and youth, it fosters growth. Physical Training Exercises tone the body, strengthen muscles, boost endurance, and enhance brain oxygenation. Regular activity promotes growth, mental health, cognitive abilities, and social skills, all vital for learning. On 14.07.2023, Friday, Mass PT commenced with warm-ups, followed by exercises. Scheduled physical activity during school and less sedentary time can enhance mental health, academic performance, and behavior. Mr. Dharmang Raval, the Physical Education Trainer at SNGV's secondary and higher secondary section, conducts regular Mass Drills for students in grades IX-XII, fostering fitness, strength, stamina, and agility.
