Workshop on From Competencies to Curricular Goals to learning Outcomes to Real Learning-NCF in Practice

On 10th June 2023, at 8:30 a.m., a magnificent gathering unfolded within the hallowed halls of knowledge. A continuous professional development programme titled 'Workshop on From Competencies to Curricular Goals to learning Outcomes to Real Learning-NCF in Practice'. The event commenced with a beautiful prayer led by the talented Ms. Margie, followed by the symbolic lighting of the lamp by our esteemed guest, Mr. Francis Kevin Josico Fernandes, along with Dr. Madhabi Prashant Bhattad, Principal SNGV and Dr. Sunita Singh, Principal SNCS and Mr. Jagdip Patel, Principal SNGV Odhav.

Mr. Francis, an accomplished educator and the Principal of Asia English School (CBSE), Ahmedabad, initiated the session radiating knowledge and experience. In this session, the concepts of Learning Objectives, Learning Outcomes, and competencies were unravelled, while the art of leading learning was unveiled. Moreover, the intricate process of crafting SMART Learning Outcomes was illuminated, with the profound insights of bloom's taxonomy serving as a guiding light. It was a truly fruitful and inspiring workshop, leaving the participants enriched and eager to implement newfound wisdom.

The august gathering was graced by the resplendent presence of Shri KRS Dharan, President of SNCM, whose mellifluous words adorned the hearts and minds of the attendees. In a gesture of honor and respect, the invited guest, Mr. Francis Kevin Josico Fernandes, was felicitated by the esteemed Shri KRS Dharan, President of SNCM, adorned with a magnificent floral bouquet, a shawl symbolizing warmth and appreciation. A precious souvenir and momento from Shri Murlidharan KN, General Secretary, Mr. Fernandes stood as a beacon of inspiration and excellence..

As the curtains prepared to draw close, Mrs. Sheena Anil, Supervisor of SNGV, stepped forward to extend a heartfelt vote of thanks. Expressing gratitude to all those who contributed to the success of the workshop, her words resonated with sincerity and appreciation.
