Plyometric Exercises for children and adolescents at School Summer camp
SNGV School Summer camp is introducing Plyometric exercises for children and adolescents. Plyometrics, also known as jump training, can improve fast-twitch muscles, vertical jump performance, leg strength, and agility. While traditionally, boys and girls have been encouraged to participate in aerobic and strength-building activities, plyometric training has been gaining popularity. The exercises rapidly stretch and shorten muscles, increasing power and explosiveness. Plyometric training can be a safe, effective, and fun method of conditioning if age-related guidelines are followed, qualified instruction is available, and individual concerns are addressed.
